The General Overseer of Solemn Faith International Church, Pastor Matthew James Eleojo, has declared that a believer’s position in God’s Kingdom determines the level of possession and supernatural benefits such an individual can experience, stressing that divine positioning is a fundamental requirement for experiencing a sudden turnaround in life.
Pastor Ele-Ojo made this declaration during the church’s television service on Sunday, November 1, 2026, while delivering a powerful message titled “Positioning for Sudden Turnaround,” with biblical references drawn from Luke 5:1–7.
Explaining the concept of sudden turnaround, the cleric described it as a swift and unexpected divine intervention that produces results beyond human calculations, preparation and expectations.
To him, it is a supernatural experience capable of transforming an individual’s circumstances within a remarkably short period, sometimes turning a person into an instant employer of labour and changing public perception, opinions and testimonies about such an individual.
Drawing lessons from the miraculous catch of fish recorded in Luke 5, Pastor Ele-Ojo explained that sudden turnaround is not restricted by time, geographical location or age.
He maintained that God’s intervention can happen at any moment, in any location and through anyone, irrespective of age or previous limitations.
He, however, emphasised that experiencing such a divine transformation requires deliberate spiritual positioning, identifying four essential principles: creating room for God, rendering motivated service, exercising unwavering faith in God’s Word and maintaining contact with the anointing.
According to the preacher, creating space for God is indispensable to fruitfulness, noting that people who fail to make room for divine intervention may struggle to experience the fullness of God’s provisions.
He further encouraged believers to serve God with commitment and genuine motivation, explaining that service is a spiritual investment that positions individuals for uncommon opportunities and supernatural rewards.
On the place of faith, Pastor Ele-Ojo urged Christians to act confidently on God’s Word, even when prevailing circumstances appear contradictory.
He noted that genuine faith must go beyond mere confession to practical action, stressing that the willingness to obey divine instructions can become the turning point between prolonged struggles and extraordinary breakthroughs.
He also highlighted the importance of contact with the anointing, describing it as a spiritual channel through which God empowers, transforms and positions His people for greater accomplishments.
Reinforcing his message with memorable declarations, the cleric stated: “Your position shapes your possessions,” drawing from Joshua 1:3.
He further declared that until people make room for God, they cannot bear fruits for Him, adding that those who desire to enjoy God’s provisions must learn not to place conditions on Him.
In another striking admonition, he said, “Your faith action determines your change of conditional situation,” underscoring the importance of translating faith into obedience and decisive action.
The service was equally marked by the powerful ministrations of Solemn Voice and what the church described as massive, mind-blowing testimonies, adding spiritual excitement and encouragement to the worship experience.
Pastor Ele-Ojo’s message offered a strong reminder that a sudden turnaround is not merely a wishful expectation but an experience believers must prepare for through faith, service, obedience and intentional spiritual alignment.
His central message was clear: when a person gets rightly positioned before God, limitations can give way to possibilities, stagnation can become progress, and what once appeared impossible can become a testimony.
