He is not a Blogger but he claims to be one. How does he operate? He will go about collecting money from his vulnerable clients and promise to publish it on many sites but in reality he will rather give the news to real bloggers promising to pay after the link is created…
After the link is created he will change the story. At this point he doesn’t care whether the news is trashed because he has already sent the link to his vulnerable client and if he or she complain, he will say it is network.
Luck ran out of him on this news because many Bloggers reported him on their platform based on his previous act.
